There's no "i" in team-or on any of my devices

Found this one whilst looking for a free converter.
Picks up most video formats and converts to either WMV or mp4 and if you click on the "profile" button it has a selection of Zune models for ready made conversions.

The best tool we have found for this is Microsoft Expression Encoder 3.  It will let you choose which Zune you have etc to give the best format for that device.
